The project
This piece was never meant to be read as a sign at all — it's a warm architectural accent tucked behind a cove molding above the backbar, so the design brief was pure color and glow rather than legible lettering, which meant the tube run could follow long, easy architectural curves rather than the tighter radii a script or block letterform would demand.
Concealed wiring runs entirely behind the cove molding, with the transformer mounted in an accessible service cavity above the bar.
